Key Consultancy & Community Services (KEYCOMM) was established in 2020 by Patricia Ansey-Passi to provide Indigenous youth mentoring and training programs in Far North Queensland. Consultancy services include connecting Indigenous families and youth with community-based support programs and services.

Patricia is fully committed to helping Far North Queensland communities develop, employ and train Indigenous youth. Past assignments have seen Patricia develop grassroots engagement programs for Indigenous communities. She was involved with the Cairns Safer Streets program and Harbrow Mentoring Program providing young people with life skills. Other community connections include State schools across the region, Rotary Club of Australia, Sunbus Cairns and Montessori Children’s Foundation.

Patricia intends to increase business growth by investing more of her own time into managing and developing KEYCOMM. Future plans include providing disability services through the NDIS.
